There was no snow by our home, everything had melted. So we decided to drive clear up on the east side to make certain it would be worth our drive. We ended up finding a great hill located on a elementary school field. It only took two runs until Houston got injured. I am keeping an eye on him, meanwhile... I he is acting normal. I hope he didn't break his nose.

Hey, about the half marathon...is is the Salt Lake half? That is my favorite. Unfortunately, this year it is the same weekend as my clinic board exam...so if I can coordinate the two, I will do it. When I started running, I just went to yahoo.com and searched for 1/2 marathon training schedule. Go to Hal Higdon's web page and you can download a training schedule-beginner, intermediate or advanced. It really helped me to have something to follow. Godd luck!! We should do a race together!!
